this might have been the best choice i’ve ever made buying stuff on amazon. after trying out different scales in targets (weight watchers and the taylor line) and macys (the homedic line) and looking up their reviews i saw that their praise doesn’t stack up to the amount of good reviews for this scale. (the most impressive review is the one that has a video clip where the reviewer is trying out the scale himself… watch it if you haven’t seen it) i wasn’t able to find a place that sells this scale so i blindly trusted all the reviews and purchased it without testing it. let me tell you, this scale is worth every penny. its accurate and precise – it so scary consistent that i thought maybe the scale was cheating and storing the initial weight it measures when someone first steps on it. i made my brother step on it to see if the number would change or if he would get the same numbers as i did… it gave him a different number for his weight that mine which is what was expected. i stepped back on, i got the same number it showed me before my brother stepped on. my brother stepped back on, and he got the number it gave him the first time. scary. initially i wanted a body composition scale by tanita but after reading about the inaccuracy and science of how those scales worked, i opted for the best regular scale and fat measurement calipers. hands down, this is the best regular scale i’ve ever used.

I listened to the Opal Deception on a Coast-to-Coast drive with my daughter. We laughed across Arizona and I was hooked on Artemis Fowl. If you are an adult who likes Harry Potter there is a good chance you will like Artemis too. There is a natural tendency to compare them and to my taste Artemis is lighter and funnier. The prose is first-rate, the plots move right along and the characters are just a delight.

Awsome Scale. It is very accurrate and consistant. It never gives two differant numbers back to back. It looks great and feels very sturdy. I would recomed this scale to anyone!!!!
The Music of Van

This watch is great for running with, because I can run wherever I want instead of setting up my routes online. I use it for coaching my track and cross country teams. I use it for marathon training and during my marathons. Elevation feature might be a bit off, but I don’t use that for anything. Heart rate is a great feature to use to see my progression of fitness. Love that I can have it auto lap my mile splits. I recommend it to all my friends.

I had an Ipod Nano but I wanted to run some applications that required the Ipod touch. This really is a nice device, easy to use and navigate with nice resolution for the screen. The applications run fast and one you have a wireless connection (which is very easy to set up) the browsing is very quick. I would strongly suggest buying a protective case because the back which is made of metal scratches easily. My only real complaint would be that the battery life could be longer.
The Pelican guide to

I heard the first chapter on books on tape and was hooked. Hearing that made the book come alive. I’m almost finished but it’s one of those books you want to go on forever. A great read.

This thing is amazing, easy to set-up and extremely accurate. I was looking for an alternative to the Nike Plus I was using before and this one nailed down my distance extremely accurately. Best of all it worked with my mac, and was extremely easy to set up. I strongly recommend this to anyone who’s wanting to get serious or is serious about their daily jogging or biking ritual

Best $2.55 I’ve spent recently… not the sturdiest cable, but if you’re not knocking around behind your TV it shouldn’t matter. Don’t know if it’s 1080p, but it makes the images on my PS3 look a hell of a lot better than with the A/V cables. I lost sound once, but after I turned the TV off and on it came back; I don’t know what the issue is there, but it was a one-time occurrence, so I’m not too worried.

This purchase helped me defy one of the more egregious electronics scams on the market, which would be to sell this kind of wire for more than $10. I was sold an HDMI cable at Best Buy for $40 when I bought my TV, but didn’t open it when I found out the HDTV cable box I had installed came with it’s own cable. The cable guy told me to get a Monster cable, but after realizing I was charged nothing for the HDMI cable he just installed for me, I decided to browse Amazon for something cheaper.

Lo and behold, the most expensive cables were Monster (100’s of dollars), and the cheapest was at SFPlanet, which did not tax me, nor did they charge me a shipping fee, so kudos to them. I returned the $40 cable to Best Buy, and waited for this lovely cable to show in the mail. It only took a week, and was worth the wait.

Long story short, if you don’t have rambunctious kids or dogs or anything that might destroy this cable, this is the best value for the money. I would also recommend SFPlanet, as they didn’t charge me taxes or shipping (I’m in NY, not sure if this applies to everyone).
CLASS 75 01 COLUMBUS

Back in 1983 my first PC was and Apple IIe. I loved this PC and graphic wise it was way ahead of the XTPC running MSDOS.(The ugly Green Screen)

Over time MSDOS was replaced by Windows and Microsoft took its place as King of the hill..

Apple went through many failed iterations.. The Lisa, etc, etc… It seemed Apply could(Or would not) learn from its own lessons and open up their Hardware and Software and not be so proprietary..

Well over time, About 1990, I finally gave in to the Big Gorilla(MS) and gave up on my beloved apple… I was not a yuppie and did not have $5,000 to spend on a computer that was very limited…

Flash forward to 2007. My good memory of Apple had faded along with my brown hair to gray. Now there was something new.. What was this Iphone thing that people were standing in line for days and going nuts over??? Friends of mine after friend had got an Iphone or IPod Touch and more and more I drooled over this new device…

Well 2010 I finally took the plunge.. It felt good, like returning to an old friend…

I am totally amazed at the UI(User Interface) of my IPod Touch… It’s so intuitive and easy to use.. What all my friends told and showed me was true.. This thing is fun to use and more importantly EASY to use…

BUT…

Over the next 3 or 4 weeks I discovered that the IPod/Iphone had a BIG UGLY fat slob of an Uncle hidden away that nobody wanted you to see..
What is this BIG UGLY Uncle hidden away????? ITunes…

I have been so completely frustrated with the use of ITunes compared to the ease of use of the IPod UI.. I mean could these 2 produces really be put out by the same company???

ITunes is shockingly complicated and frustrating to use. I have had SO many little knickknack issue that have come up over the past several weeks.. I mean little things that should be intutative and easy to do taking me hours of frustration and Google’ing looking for answers.. Good Grief.. I now see why so many people Jailbreak(Som

I like my ipod touch better than my phone!!!! I love the fact that I can use the real internet. Not just the crappy abbreviated mobi pages like my phone has. This ipod has definately made me want to get an iphone! The only gripe I have is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I like. Other than that it’s perfect.
