I bought this pedometer and was immediately impressed with the accuracy. However, there are two problems that I find aggravating. First, the clip is not the right size, it should allow the pedometer to be tightly attached, not loosely attached at the top of the garment. Second, the pedometer resets to zero at least once a day. After a reset, the only way to get the total steps for that day is to go to the memory of the “previous” day. Of course, it is not the previous day, it is only the number of steps that were recorded before the pedometer reset itself.

I absolutely agree with the previous review about the keys being sharp. Sharp to the point where they aren’t very convenient to carry around. The lock itself is great…but…had I heeded the other review, I would have purchased a different brand lock.

I am a believer in hoover steam vacuum cleaner. I was a skeptic, a pessimist, and an idealist. I have done countless hours of research, going through hundred of reviews, before opening my wallet and pay for the hoover F5914-900. Now, having using this machine at home, I am a believer.

first, I have paid 2 different companies to go to my house and clean my carpet, costing $190 and $210, respectively. They did an outstanding good job with steam cleaning my carpets, and I am satisfied. Having said that, if you are willing to shell out money, than this is the way to go.

If you want to save money and do the carpet cleaning yourself, although the finish product is not as good as the professionals, but close enough, than buy the Hoover product.

You can assembled this product in about 20 minutes, and then it is ready to go. Now, I read about using rug cleaner, but this can be expensive and this can also lead to more dirt product acclumating deep into the carpet, since this carpet steam (not really a steamer!) cleaner can only get dirt out from the surface. I recommend you make your own cleaner (very simple, add 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup ammnonia, and 1 teaspoon of hand wash dish liquid in 1 gallon of tap hot water). Then, start cleaning, going over the heavy soiled surface with clean surge 4-5 times. I tell you, this machine really works. I am a believer.

you needs to vaccum your carpet before using the hoover steam vac cleaner, so the hair won’t clog your machine. also, you will need to clean your steam vac machine afterward, so it does not get clog in the future. this machine use air to propel the brush, instead of a belt (which is a plus, since you do not need to buy a belt in the future).

What can you say about a memory card? This thing does what it says it will do, store electronic data. I purchased it for use in a Panasonic high resolution digital camera. It stores the pictures without running out of memory. Then camera battery runs low before the card runs low of space. I believe the camera battery is capable of approximately 300 pictures, while the memory card can store about 400 pictures.

My son is 2 1/2 and likely on the small end of a possible glider rider. With the seat at it’s lowest position he can use it comfortably. It’s not perfect but the glider is excellent.

Pros:
Light Weight (I was carrying it home for quite a while before he got comfortable on it)
Price – While it’s not super cheap, it is less than competing products made from aluminum.
Easy to build – Excellent instructions but very few steps
Tires are perfect, they have some give over rough pavement but don’t flat. I’m told you can add real air tubes if you want.
Grips provide safety on their ends. My son has one bruise anyway but if they weren’t well padded, they could really hurt a child. These are well padded.
Did I mention light weight ? The steel ones weigh more than my son.

Cons: These are mostly minor and more relative to my own son.
Rear brake of limited use – My son is small enough that he hasn’t yet figured this part out but even adjusted well, it’s not as effective as most bike brakes.
Wide rear wheel – With the brake there, the rear axle is a bit wide. My son frequently jambs his foot on it when he’s pushing off. He seems to take pains to avoid that now but if it without the brake it would be better were it a simple, narrow as possible rear wheel. I’ve even thought of putting some type of narrower nut. I’m sure the round topped ones are safer but they make the problem worse by sticking out more.
Foot pegs get in the way – These may be great for larger kids but my son had real trouble with them. At first he tried to pedal with them like on his trike. Then they just impeded his feet. He seems to be used to them now but if they were detachable, I’d do it (of course that would make it heavier).
Not much wear protection from falling over. This thing will fall over a lot with and without your kid. I assume the seat is going to get scraped up pretty badly. The grips are already a bit chewed up and the back of the frame a bit dinged. In a perfect

A cipher runs the length of the book for those codebreakers who want to tackle it. Fortunately, its solution is not needed for understanding the story. The cipher has a very tiny twist that makes it interesting.

Artemis Fowl (available in several editions) is part of a series that continues with a variety of adventures & characters. In these we see Artemis embrace his evil nature and resist his evil nature. We also see some girls get involved in the action. The first three novels in this series can be found in Artemis Fowl: The Criminal Mastermind Collection (paperback). The series should be read in order.

Parental concerns: There are a few things parents might want to consider. Consideration is not a bad thing. Remember, by checking out the book, you get to read it first; it is pretty funny. For my part, I found the series OK for my son. I was not so sure for me. The hero is an evil criminal mastermind, in a child-like sense. Should I be hanging out with a criminal mastermind? Also, in the battle between Artemis and his fairy enemy Holly, I wanted both to win. I don’t think this is a relativistic view of right and wrong, though; Artemis is wrong. So, how come I wanted Artemis to win? I do like him. And the dwarf’s method of digging tunnels is so alimentary, sometimes with explosive results at the, uh, exhaust end!
