I first watch the movie with some friends and we all were almost sick when it finished it was hard to go through it but it’s causing such a frenzy that I thought maybe this movie was the worst adaptation of a great book ever so I bought the book.
The $8 I payed for this book was a ripped off! OK I’m not a teenager and I understand this book is written for this audience, but that doesn;t mean the author has to write as a untalenetd unskilled teenager just babbling and typing iditic dialogues in ridiculous situations(J K Rowling is a perfect example of a good writer for a young audience). There is so much wrong with this story in so many levels. Let’s start with: why on earth will a vampire with the knowledge and experience of centuries will attend a high school in a small town? Again, why will a vampire who has lived for decades fall for a lame and dissolute girl? oh and of curse you have the gorgeous sensitive vampire with his “vegetarian” family!. And of coure they fall in love so the story can develop the must stupid dialogues I have read in years in the most boring situations adding to characters with no dimensions and a lack of develpment during the story.

I don’t usually give products one star, but this one definitely deserved it! I used it once and although it gave a good clean, it was not as good as my previous Bissell. I always use the the attachment hose, and I need a cleaner that I can get the hose out quickly, not have to modify the tank and plug it in. There was minimal suction on the hose and the water literally poured out of the button hole. I did also notice that it did not get the side of the carpet as clean as the Bissell. The second time I went to use it there was no suction at all. I tried all the troubleshooting solutions and still no suction, but a very wet floor. I was upset when my Bissell of 2 years quit on me, but I used it 1-2 times a month, so I got a lot of use out of it. I have now returned the Hoover and bought a new Bissell, which I love. It cleans better, it has a much better attachment hose, it does actually heat up, unlike the Hoover which is luke warm, and I managed to get the Bissell cheaper than the Hoover.

I have had this scale for a month and it has lived up to my expectations. All I wanted was a simple but accurate scale–no bells and whistles. I had a Taylor scale prior to this but it only lasted about a year. Even after replacing the expensive lithium batteries it still did not work. This scale is accurate, attractive, easy to read, and very reasonably priced.

The Defender is a great product and offers a much higher level of protection than any other case I’ve seen, but it’s not foolproof. I have probably dropped my iphone about 20 times since got it in Nov. However, on Christmas eve I had it laying in my lap and stood up. My iphone dropped to the tile floor and when I picked it up the LCD screen was white with blue and red lines running the length of the screen on the right side. I took it to a repair shop and had to have the screen replaced. I too have the oil slick issue but its not a big deal to me. The biggest problem is the reason that I have dropped it so much is that every time I have it in the belt clip and happen to bump the belt clip even with my arm or hand the phone will fall out of the clip. Since the screen replacement and the belt clip issue I just carry it in my pocket. I work construction and have pretty much ruined or broken every phone I’ve had, but thought that this case would maybe help this one survive. Sorry folks but the jury is still out.

I was skeptical but thought the idea was worth a try given the affordability. I LOVE this mount! I toss my GPS on the floor when I’m in a questionable area (for security) and easily moved it into a rental car. I love that I no longer have it mounted on the windshield interfering with my view of other traffic and it has yet to slip and slide a millimeter. (And I don’t drive like an old Granny, either!) I drive a Cadillac Escalade, so the dashboard is pretty flat and that probably helps. Already thinking about getting one for my husband’s car too. I thinks it’s a wonderful product and it has lasted the entire summer without losing any of it’s non-slip grip.

My nephew received one of the activity gyms when he was born a year ago. He enjoyed it from little on and still uses it. I just gave it as a baby shower gift for a new little one arriving soon. His mother was very excited to receive it since I had talked so much about it.

What an awful book. Written in 1951, this book originally sparked great controversy with its mature themes focusing on the teenage angst, loneliness and rebellion of the protagonist Holden Caulfield. I guess its like a really bad version of James Dean’s classic Rebel Without a Cause. Caulfield is the archetype of an underachiever. Today kids are reading about the latest sluggard – Greg Heffley from The Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The characters Greg and Holden have a lot in common.
Catcher in the Rye follows the life of Holden Caulfield for a few days after being expelled from Pencey prep school as he returns home to New York City and contemplates life. Although, Caulfield does little contemplation and spends most of his time whining and complaining about everyone and everything. He sees the negative in everything (except his little sister) and makes one bad and offensive decision after another for almost 300 pages of misery. The only value I can find in reading this book today is to use Holden Caulfield as an example of what NOT to be – lazy, negative, and uninspired. Unfortunately the latest version of Holden Caulfield appears to be as popular with readers today as Catcher in the Rye was fifty years ago. When are we going to wake up and stop celebrating negative characters like Holden and Greg?

Mysterious Aqua Music Experience
What is so good about this book is not that it gives you anything new but that it tells you what you already know. The problem is that we have grown accustom to either ignoring or not acknowledging the obvious signs of GOD speaking to us. Whether you believe that what happened to Walsch is real or not, the book serves as good wake up call for all of us to listen to our inner voices and acknowledge that voice as a blessing!

I’ve researched the other steam cleaners and I think the Hoover is the easiest to use – not to mention how great it works.
